We know how important it is to receive your orders quickly.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 11.00 am (GMT) on the same day, Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays.

UK Standard — Royal Mail 2nd Class (estimated 2–4 working days) Free on orders over £20.

UK Tracked 24 — Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimated 1 working day) £4.95.

Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day before 1pm) £9.95

Please note that the Standard delivery is not a guaranteed service. If you require a tracked or guaranteed service, please choose a tracked option. For next day UK Saturday deliveries, please choose ‘Special Delivery before 1pm’.

Delivery charges depend on the delivery option you choose, the weight of your order & the shipping address.

You can return an unpersonalised item to us within 14 days if you are not entirely happy. Items must be returned unused, in their original, un-damaged packaging. We do not accept returns on personalised items unless faulty. Please contact ashleigh@littlegreenvibes.com for more information before starting your return.

Providing the item meets the returns requirements (see above), Little Green Vibes will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items.

Refunds will only be issued for the value of the item returned. This will be credited to you via your original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
